With 1,125 rooms and suites, four restaurants and three bars, a multifunctional Congress Center and Berlin's most successful live show "Stars in Concert", the Estrel is Europe's largest hotel, congress and entertainment center. With 1,200 events a year, the Estrel occupies a top position as a congress and event location. A team of 550 employees from 23 nations looks after our national and international guests and customers. Ihre Aufgaben

• Menüte- und Speisenkartengestaltung
• Vor- und Zubereitung von Bankettmenüs sowie sämtlicher kähler und warmer Speisen im Tagesgeschaß
• Durchführung von Cateringveranstaltungen
• Ein- bzw. Unterweisung der Aushilfskäfte und unserer Auszubildenden
• Sicherstellen der Ordnung und Sauberkeit des Arbeitsbereiches
• Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
• Teamgeist und Kreativität
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
